What variations or qualities would make homemade, fresh bread a must have? Flavors, visual ideas?

…..I am planning to start a part-time baking business locally, and wanted some input. I know the bread is good. Being served very fresh from the oven, people enjoy it enough that they seldom use condiments. Not even butter.
…..Now, I want to take it to another level. Presentation and variation. Some simple, some bold ideas for weddings and special events. Any suggestions?

try herbs on top like baking in real sage leaves then removing them to get the green leave indention, try stuffing w cheese or making pizza flavored breads and all kinds of sweet breads and add muffins w big crumbly tops to the counter for color and sales…those big cookies are a big eye catcher to get em in the door and at my culinary institute, we made the best cinnamon rolls! try cinnamon swirled oatmeal breads, or large italian loaves u could even buy a panini press and make em there and sell soda pop too all kinds of directions u could take a bakery good luck ive always wanted to open a bakery and pie shoppe
