State Fair themed company picnic?

Our company is having a company picnic – the theme is “State Fair” or a carnival.
Who’s got good ideas for events or games we could do over an hour or so lunch? We do a potluck meal with the company providing the main dish.

Fun activities at a small company picnic?

Anybody with any ideas on fun events or activities that employees of a small company can do at a company picnic. We are small, about 32 employees. We are sick of the usual stuff like egg toss, etc.
