Planning a stagette party for a bride-to-be is a great way for the bride and her friends to blow off some steam and get a little wild before the big day. If you’re planning a stagette party, there are tons of great and original stagette party ideas.

Stagette Party or Bridal Shower?

There is a big difference here, a bachelorette party usually gets a little more wild and is also a girls night out event. A bridal shower is traditionally a more formal event. The stagette party is the girls version of the stag party. The bachelorette party has only developed as a popular event in the last 20 or 30 years.

Bachelorette party ideas

While the bachelor parties are traditionally about freedom, getting drunk and going to the strip clubs for the guys, a stagette party is more about the bride-to-be bonding with female friends. Many brides do choose a night of frivolity, such as male exotic dancers and lots of booze. A general theme is usually about having fun and sharing the evening with great friends. When it comes to deciding on the Bachelorette party games, it is advised to involve the bride-to-be and find out exactly what she likes and enjoy doing. Start there, then look at your options based on her desires.

Bachelorette party locations

Stagette parties can take place at the home of the bride-to-be or the person throwing the party for her. A community hall can also be rented for the night, where you can bring all the alcohol, games, movies or entertainment you need. Hiring a limousine to get the group to and from places is also great idea for transportation. Restaurants often have private rooms that can be reserved for parties. Spa retreats have become quite popular as Bachelorette party themes. Enjoy a full day of relaxing facials, massages, hot stone massages and many other treatments. A nightclub is one if the more popular locations at the end of the night.

Some other great Bachelorette party games would be to get Exotic Dancing lessons. This is a little more on the wild side and would have to be something the bride would actually do. These classes are getting very popular and are popping up even in health clubs or can be done in a private home too.

Stagette party ideas : The Vegas Trip

When anyone talks about bachelorette parties, Vegas usually comes up at some point. The first thing that also comes up in this conversation is “How much is that going to be”. This is probably considered by most as the big time for stagette parties. Why? Because everything goes there. There is a huge list of VIP services you can get for Vegas bachelorettes, everything from the most lavish tours to the dirtiest night you can imagine. Lets be a little reasonable instead… forget the dirty dives. When it comes to Las Vegas stagette party ideas, you will need a lot more lead time and planning. Getting the entire group to go is also tricky and needs some planning too. A Budget is also required for a larger group and the more group rates you can find, the better. You will need at least $1500 + for each person , if you are flying there, if you are within driving distance, then your costs will go down. A typical weekend party starts on Thursday night, or Friday morning, to Sunday night. Most flight and hotel packages will be like this too. If your group can’t afford it, then drop it, don’t push it. If you can afford, it is a great time, do it. You can hire a VIP service to plan the entire trip, or just one day. You can also find great tour companies to get you into the best tours, night club or skydiving tours is just a start.

Bachelorette party themes

With any location or event you decide to do for the party, you can always supplement it with a theme. Start with an embarrassing outfit for the bride-to-be, a girls night out kit, beads and crazy glasses, the list is long, use your imagination. And if you don’t have one, hit up a few party favor stores or some online shops for some other Stagette ideas. If you want to make it a full theme, then everyone attending will have to get dressed up in the same theme or outfit. You can rent them ( get insurance ) or make them yourself. It can be as cheap and simple as everyone wearing the same t-shirt, to full costumes.

Bachelorette party food

Planning the food for your the bachelorette party is not always necessary if you are going out to restaurants or clubs. However, if you are having a party at a private house, hall or meeting room, then you might need to plan the food and beverages to serve. You can have it catered, which is the easiest and least stressful to plan. Cooking and bringing all the food yourself is a little tougher, but still workable. You can even get a theme cake from local shops and stores, the list is endless. Make sure to arrange your alcoholic beverages and/or a bartender if needed.

A girl with a wish for everyone to have a great party, bachelor, bachelorette or any kind of party you want.

Some Food Rules of Your Cocktail Party

Hosting a cocktail party is a cool way to spend time with your family and buddies. Guests will like that fact of you serving some appetisers with the alcohol that you are going to be serving. As you are thinking about what number of people so you need to also think about what quantity of people so you can have a concept on how much food you’ll need. As a guideline, guesstimate 6 bites per person for every hour. However depending on the guests I might work out a bit more then that.

Finger foods are good for drinks parties. They can be prepared before the cocktail party and they need tiny clean up asserts Anthony from one of Europe’s prime event planning companies – ELITEVENT

Your guests want to have a tissue or maybe a small paper plate will due. Your visitors will have an opportunity to walk around and talk while they break. And still not much clean up involved.

Most event planning companies says that appetisers as a rule are small in portion usually bite size. Good ideas would be mini cheesecakes, sausage rolls, dipped strawberries in chocolate are all great cocktail party foods. Pair up smoked salmon or caviar with martinis. Or you can opt to go simply with cheese trays twinned with wine.

You need to enjoy yourself so be certain the cocktail party food that you choose is simple and will not require a large amount of running forwards and forth from the kitchen. If the host can be no wheres to be found then some of the guests may begin to feel a bit uncomfortable. Ensure that you have chosen a food that you are familiar with, and a food that can be made ahead of time. The last thing that you need to be doing is slave in the kitchen when there’s a fabulous cocktail party going on right on the other side of kitchen door.

I am coordinating my company’s 2nd annual Christmas party and am in desperate need of suggestions.

Last year we did it at Dave & Busters so there were pool tables and an open bar – the whole party was planned for us. Dave & Busters was a bit too far so we need to host it closer to the office this year and I am not able to find anything in the area with pool tables – I have only been able to find baquet halls. I am considering using a banquet hall and having it catered but I need some suggestions for events or entertainment. It would be great to be able to find somewhere with pool tables but I can’t find anything local.

WeI’d also rather not do a gift exchange.

Any ideas?

There are professionals in every field of activity to offer their expert help. Arranging parties and special events for your organization is something that cannot be risked with the expertise of in-house staff unless you are prepared for a lot of avoidable lapses and gaffes. Professionals thorough in the business of arranging parties and events should be roped in to take charge of the tasks. Creating that special event is an art form that only party rental specialists can handle with success.

Event hosting requires precision in planning, experienced personnel, creative judgment, a large contact of entertainers, and the availability of the latest party equipment. Party rental specialists provide these facilities with ease. They transform an event in to a memorable occasion with their valuable service. Irrespective of the nature of the event –- whether it’s a birthday celebration of a top executive, the organization’s founding day anniversary, a training workshop, a charity show, a fundraising event, Christmas party, summer party, promotional event, laugh party, or the completion of a training program – party rental specialists have that uncanny ability to make them a perfect occasion.

How Hiring a Special Events Company can Make Your Next Event Better and Less Expensive

No organization can plan, promote and deliver a big party or special event on its own despite having all the necessary resources without some problem arising. It requires imagination and creative ideas to organize a special event or host a party. Technically, event organizers have better knowledge of the sense of lighting, creating a theme design, arrangement of tables, arrangement of props, and the entire styling of the event. They have perfect knowledge of the order of events in a party based on propriety and convenience. The array of entertainment options they provide is also stunning.

Special events companies have extensive list of contacts and the right support staff to include; of entertainers, party hosts, caterers, florists, light and sound specialists, bakers etc. They have the contact numbers of professional entertainers such as: stand-up comedians, singers, musicians, and magicians too. .

Special event organizers party planners plan according to your budget. They have several options when your budget doesn’t permit spending top dollar on the special event or party. They will suggest that you pare down on some of the other areas of the special event or private party to enhance the special event experience and delight your guests. This is where the special event organizer’s help becomes invaluable. With their direct experience from prior special events and private parties they will suggest the best option. Some event planners even have a pool of new and fresh ideas and contacts that you can select from based on your requirements for the special event or private party.

If it’s a dance party they can suggest the names of happening DJs. Their expertise in setting light and sound for these occasions is impeccable. If you wish to transport your employees to their childhood briefly then slides and jumpers can make them shed their inhibitions and become kids for a few hours. Event planners will arrange poker games to add fun and excitement to a party.

Most importantly special event companies have a thorough idea of how an event should be planned and arranged. Beginning from the setting of the chairs and tables taking account of space and the number of guests to the selection of a wonderful menu they can take care of everything.
