What would be a fun company outing with 12 employees???

I’m in charge of organizing a company event. Running out of ideas. Already thought of sport games etc. Need something else.

Help me with ideas on what our company can do for our Christmas Outing this year Total of 50 people?

I am on the A-Team at my company,the A-Team is responsible for coming up with ideas for company events.2 years ago we all went to Savannah.left on friday after work on a charter bus,had our party at the hotel there,dressed formal and got back on the bus to return on Sunday.The company always supply a room for the night because of the drinking at the party.Last year we had casino night at Stone Mountain it was really fun.The year before that we had our party at the Hyatt in Buckhead got a room on Saturday,party that night continental breakfast sunday morning then left after that.Some ideas that others have given are Agathas,Mickeys Disney Night in Florida or maybe returning back to a outing that we have already done.Please help me with some nice places that would be great for a company of 50 people.

I have a couple months to plan a company function that will encourage team-building without being highly competitive. So, for example, a Survivor-esque Day would be out but putput golfing or bowling would be acceptable. Those two ideas are the only ones I have come up with though and my boss wants a more robust list of options in a week! Our company is comprised of 30,40 and 50-somethings with various interests. The event is supposed to be under wraps until the particulars are announced so I can’t poll the staff for ideas. Help! please.
