Hong Kong Stocks Decline; Merchants Bank, Oil Producers Retreat
Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) — Hong Kong stocks fell after China Merchants Bank Co. said it will raise as much as 22 billion yuan ($3.2 billion) in a rights offer, while oil producers dropped along with crude prices.
