Goldman private equity spin-off talks at highest levels
Goldman Sachs’ discussions regarding the possible spinoff of part of its private equities unit have reached “the highest levels” because of the “uncertainty” surrounding the Volcker Rule and when it will take effect, Fox Business Network’s Charlie Gasparino reported yesterday.
