We’re having quarterly meetings in 3 weeks (8 meetings over a 2 day period) and I have to come up with door prizes. We have about 250 employees all but about 25 are male. Mostly mechanics, HVAC, general maintenance, filter changers, etc. The women have office jobs for the most part.
