When Attorney General Patrick C. Lynch dropped out of the Democratic primary race for governor a week and a half ago, Lt. Gov. Elizabeth Roberts quickly – and publicly – supported the only other Democrat left in the race for the state’s top job: current state Treasurer Frank T. Caprio.
