I’m looking for a team building exercise for a small group?

Going on a corporate retreat to plan our 2007 Company mission. I need to come up with a team building excerise. Any ideas for approx 8 people????

get 2 remote control cars, devide people into 2 teams, set up a course where the “driver,” can’t see the car and needs the help of the “spotters,” only the “crew chief” can move the car if the driver runs it into something.
