I need ideas for celebrating 25 years in business…Any suggestions?

I’m trying to help my mother come up with some ideas FAST! The big day at Mary’s Donuts is coming up fast and we need to figure out how to celebrate its’ success, the employees, and the customers.
We’re not sure how to budget this thing, either. Any ideas on how to bring in more money that day? (That way we can spend more for the event.)
Note: The manager (my mom) has decided to SURPRISE the owner with the celebration. Keep that in mind…
Thanks!
Congratulations to your Mum and the team at the store!
How about 2 free donuts for every 5 a person buys?
to bring in money you could do things like a sponsered event before the big day e.g sponsered silence, come to work for the day in costume or pajamas a sponsered run
to raise extra money at work you could do something like free samples or deals which if you dont already do might encourage people to spend more money or even ask for donations might work ??
If your organising a suprise party then you might be able to do this cheaply depending on numbers some places do deals for a large amount of people or you could cater yourself good luck hope this helps
Well, at the very least you need someone dressed up as a donut:
