does anyone have new ideas to replace the good ol’ balloon drop at big, live events? new technology? ideas?

the company i work for is a pyramid company and uses the traditional, boring balloon and confetti drops etcs sometimes pyro techonology etc to highlight moments like recieving an award or for grand finale. I’m looking to do something different. does anyone in the industry have any ideas for new techniques that will do the same thing? something fun and new and interesting. let me know, thanks!!
