Does anyone have any suggestions about how i can increase cash flow with my DJ business?

I own a DJ business. The only workers are my wife and I. I have 11 years experience, worked at 2 radio stations and 2 clubs. Most of my business come from word of mouth. We are currently trying to focus on weddings, family reunions, company events etc…Any ideas on how I can increase Business? NOTE: I got a regular 9 to 5.
Advertising.
You need to put yourself out there, show people you are the best, give people a reason to book you and only you. Become the houshold name when someone needs a DJ for a party. Pass out business cards. Go to your local party supply store and ask them if they would pass out a flyer or a business card to their customers or if you can stand at the entrance of the store and give them out yourself on several weekends. Also if you want to play weddings go to the bridal shops, or floral shops and ask the same question if you can pass out advertising. Perhaps even bakeries…
It doesn’t have to be expensive radio and tv advertising start simple and personal and as you grow go on to the bigger better advertising that is radio and tv.
