Can anyone suggest a business name and answer a few questions about businesses?

As for teh name i want to start a business that deals with VHS to dvd conversion, Film Reels to DVD, Photo restoration, and event filming plus much more any ideas? and if i operate under a sole pripritership do i have to file anything with the state?

I can’t think of a good name though. How about Image Restoration and Conversion, Inc? Video Conversion Company? i don’t know….
