Can anyone recommend a fun group activity for a company’s leadership after a 2 day off site planning meeting?

I am planning our company’s annual planning meeting during which the leadership discusses the business’ strategic goals for the year. We follow this meeting up with a fun team activity such as bowling or golf. I am looking for a new and interesting fun activity that we have not done before. Any suggestions? So far we have done bowling, golf, go carting, lasar tag and paint ball.
there is an awesome game called russian roulet..google it
Rent a karaoke lounge, get liquored up, and everyone has to sing their favorite tune. It’s totally egalitarian. Everyone is equally bad. Lot’s of good gags.
Perhaps it may be fun to consider a day of horse racing? An afternoon at the horse racing track is a great alternative to traditional activities, such as bowling or golf. And there are tracks located all around the country. Check out this listing of tracks to see if there’s a thoroughbred race track near your leadership retreat: http://eventplanning.about.com/od/sportshospitality/qt/horsetracks.htm
