Anyone have ideas of fun activities to do at a company retreat?

We are having a company retreat. I would like to do some sort of learning activity but fun as well. Any ideas?

You were not very specific about what kind of company you are at so this is hard to answer, but if its a learning activity make it so there is some kind of questions and answers going on pertaining to your work charades would be fun maybe offer a cash bonus as a rewardd to the workers.
