Any ideas for a unique company picnic in the San Francisco Bay Area?

I’m planning the company picnic and would like to plan something other than the usual picnic at the park, but I need an event including catering. It will be during the day on a weekday. Thanks!

I live in the SJ area and have planned many events. I think Villa Montalvo is beautiful, as is the Mountain Winery (depending on the size and budget) Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Saratoga Springs. Other lower cost options (again South Bay focused) San Jose Giants baseball game (they have an excellent BBQ), renting out the Historical park etc.
Marine World or Great America would be fun, as would on a Ferry trip through the bay. Also, a Giants or A’s game in a skybox (they cater).
